Sudhir PisipatiThe rooms in themselves were lovely but a broken toilet seat and a chair with a 6 inch hole in the seat, a towel that was brown from use and while not difficult to get along, was surprising that there seemed to be no ongoing remedial action. It would be a pity if this hotel progressively lost its customers out of neglect. The breakfast was very small and if the guest is later than 8:30 (depending upon the number of guests preceding you at the table, there might not be much or nothing to eat at all. After checkout we got a call telling us that breakfast was not part of the meal plan and that we had to pay for it. The onus was on me to find my voucher that mentioned the included breakfast, which I did. They have parking for about four cars with two cars in line, so sometimes as I experienced, there will be the need to fetch the other owners/drivers to get their car out of the way before you can get out. Now the good part is that the property in itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is centrally located, tastefully decorated and while the rooms are small, they are quite adequate for the purpose.

Dr Supratim DattaNot a usual commercial hotel. Actually a traditional brahmin residence converted to a hotel. So the ambience is much different. No restaurant in the hotel. So food needs to be ordered from outside. The room charges are fairly reasonable . Room service not spontaneous. Staff cordial and helpful.

Sakshi AgarwalBooked this hotel to get a heritage feel but this was not as good as we hoped. Breakfast was really bad, nor their was hot water in washroom. Will not stay here again.
