Nice place to be in keeping in view the facilities and future connectivity, a place to worth living in a pollution free environment and being within budgets. Have recommended to near ones and would love to do so. A real ashiàna for someone to dream about since Ashiàna is known for their track record of delivering projects on time More importantly this project is going to be on the best ever location of Bhiwadi if we go by Bhiwadi Master Plan 2020-21. As per the Master Plan, Ashiana Surbhi will have in its vicinity the City Shopping Complex/School or College & Hospital.

Location is good however it would be difficult to stay there until approach road & local market is not development. Lack of Public transport, taxi , auto & medical shops etc makes it difficult to live there. Flats are good but there is no almirah / no slot for almirah in any of the rooms. Only 1 balcony & it is too small... Flats construction quality looks to be very good... Ashiana is a top builder. They are offering good discount also.
