Very poor infrastructure. They take money for maintenance but no such development in Sushant city Phase 1 Jaipur. No roads, no natural beauty, no maintance. They are just sitting and take money from us. Very very poor society in Jaipur. I dnt believe that Jaipur has this type of society in which no development can be seen.

Too difficult to understand how can company like Ansal can provide such a poor quality of construction though it is true the construction quality provided by Ansal is even worst compared to local contractor. I bought a vila in S block for 4 BHK duplex apartment and the in the condition it was handed over was so pathetic for anyone to live, internal water leakage, poor quality of doors, bad infrastructure and dranage. I raised the concern to Ansal Jaipur office and followed it up for almost a year time, still the concern in unresolved and quality of construction is clearly visible in the photos attached. I would not recommend anyone to buy a plot or vila in this project.
