Dexus MediaWow!! Called to cool point was great on the phone! Engineer was here in less than an hour and knew the problem right away! Had all needed parts in the Vehicle and was ready to fix problem! He was very professional and you could tell he cared about fixing my air the right way not half way! Would tell everyone to use this company! CHANDA LAL KUMAWATI had a very good experience with Cool Point Engineers, particularly Darshan (the service tech assigned to us). Firstly I should comment on the prompt service - I called on a Monday morning and had a tech booked in by that afternoon (and he arrived at the time he was supposed to). Darshan was very efficient and friendly and was genuinely happy to help and explain things to me about the air con service and parts. Finally, the invoice was exactly the same as what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend All Air Services to others for a prompt and quality job!

vijay rathiCool Point Engineers came within an hour and climbed up and down a stupid, crazy ladder (bad building design) onto the roof for me. Engineer of cool point had necessary parts in his vehicle and had my AC working again in under an hour. Wow, what a relief. I highly recommend Cool point, .
