I reach office even 1 minute they will mark it as for salary deduction but for overtiming there is no rule for payment or timing. 3-4 guys told not to join this company colleague management of this company is not good for their employees, they may be pay you good salary but they will soon fire you without any reason because they do want any popular or smart employee other than his work.
