I use to avail ur services regularly ,but ur app doesnot work smoothly. Today i booked a cab , after 15 minutes ur driver said that he would not come to me ,and asked me to cancel booking,. I had to bear cancellation charged Rs 50. When this was ur fault then why shd we bear the cancellation charges

I havebeen charged 5.6x fare without pre intimation before starting ride. When I denied to pay overcharged amount, driver took me to some unknown place to threaten me. I HV only paid him rs. 170 which I was supposed to pay as per fare rules. Do update details of this ride accordingly so that I need not to pay balance amount with my future rides fare. Also I need a clarification for this unethical way of overcharging fare without pre intimation. In reference of my earlier complaint regarding same trip, they were supposed to correct trip fare to rs. 170 which i paid to driver in cash. While i can see that you have increased trip total for rs. 1642. They are advised to correct it immediately and give me confirmation for same. Give me clarification otherwise I will Go in consumer court
