worst insurence company, when the part of the car is damaged, the company is trying to repair either the part is to be replaceable , the surveyors are not familiar and practical . they always give burden to the customer for repair/replacement of the part . very sorry to obtain policy from royal sundaram

Worst insurance company, I have ever seen. No one cares about customer. Surveyors are greedy and impractical person. Less attention on customers. If you join this org, it will be hazardous.

Ur follow up services r very poor. I contacted 5 times for my policy bond n health card, but no response. Your reminders for policy start one month prior to due date but afterwards u do not care. I purchased Health policy 3 yrs ago from u. Please check it.
