RAM KRISHAN SARANI have been visiting this shop for last 1 and half months and purchasing all shorts of things. on 17/02/17 i bought 01 watermelon , which found to be totally sour,bad smell and rotten from inside on 19/02/17. since my home is app 10 km from the shop , i could not bring back the sample to shop. being a Force personnel, after my office i reported the matter to Mr Tak , who claimed to be the owner of the shop. His attitude was so irresponsible , and instead of giving any satisfactory reply said, there is no gurantee on this. i am native of jodhpur and could say this with assertiveness that even thela wala wouldnt have answered like this. when the shop is taking money from us, then how they are not responsible for that ? and if they are not then they should display it there . reliance fresh is far better in this regard.
