I must be honest to admit that the quality of the wood used is excellent and finish is awesome. My initial apprehension of ordering a product online without seeing it vanished moment I opened the consignment after delivery. The sales team with whom I interacted was very polite, patient and stuck to their delivery schedule. Even the assembly of the cot after it was received was done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to refer/recommend to anyone Indus Craft. I would continue my association with Indus craft for all my future needs.
