Govt. Hospital. Common man hospital. Women and child health care special. People come from far off villages. Cleanliness is not in their habit. Hence they tend to make hospital dirty. But, thanks to swachh bharat abhiyaan. Hospital staff has taken strict steps by not allowing the common man do whatever they want inside hospital premises. Entries are guarded. Every now and then guards themselves discourage people who litter or misbehave. This is how common man is now understanding the necessity of cleanliness. India is changing.
