I would give them 1 star just because they at least informed me that they do not deliver my courier in Labhandi. Rest the experience was mind screwing. The worst services i received ever. In advertisement they say, door to door service, wherein its not the case. The worst lady who spoke over the phone was mannerless, did not have complete information, did not even understand hindi, VERY ARROGANT and had the COURTESY to close the phone on my face when i was still talking. I will not be surprised if no action will be taken even after i post my review. This was a ridiculous experience.
