ppsenDear Narayanji, Let me thank you and your staff for making our trip to Rajasthan a grand success. It was and extensive tour covering Jaipur,Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Mount Abu, Udaipur and back to Jaipur. The driver Sri Shankar Tewari was a gem of a person.He took real care of us especially my old parents and treated them as his own. Apart from his driving skills his sense of the area and knowledge of roads were excellent. I have few humble suggestions to make though, which I think will help your business to grow and run more effectively: 1)Please inform the driver of the itinerary before hand and instruct him to stick to it and not to influence the tourist party with his own opinions, some opinions are best left to the tourists. We had to skip Ajmer and Sam could visit Kumbhalgarh after much prodding and cajoling Shankarji.( Later, of course he himself thanked us for being in such a beautiful place). 2)If possible, please include hotel bookings as a part of your service(with extra charge of course). That way the hotels will be easy to locate and also the hotel staff will not bother the tourists with their own rates and suggestions and unfairly try to influence the touring party. This was the experienced at Hotel Mansarovar, Jaipur and Jaisalmer Haveli at Jaisalmer. Nevertheless, I did not budge and stuck to my commitments to Pitambra Travels. 3)A written instruction kit both for the driver and the tourists regarding the terms and conditions of the tour. 4)Finally, please instruct the drivers to be a little more professional (meaning more impersonal) expecting nothing from the tourist party other than the fee. Rajasthan is anything but cheap. Having said that, may I once again express my heartiest gratitude for organizing my tour. I am looking forward to visit Rajasthan gaing in near future, since there are many more places to visit. Thanking you Warm Regards Parthapratim Sen
