Pathetic Knowledge and irresponsible and unaware staff. The Staff dint knew if the test can be conducted or not. They were requested to confirm with the technician which they did not do and asked to come back as they will confirm this with the doctor. The second day the front desk said the test can be conducted but when the patient dropped in the senior technician said the test cannot be conducted and has to be confirmed from the doctor thus we waited for 3 hours for the doctor who never showed up. We again went there next day as the doctor suggested that we shall have the test at Dr. Lal Path lab only. So with pain we again waited for the dr. and as a surprise after 2 hours the front desk realized that the doctor has left in the morning. They promised us for a call back after they confirm with the doctor which never happened and upon our follow up over the call the answer is not delivered but every time is puzzled and then hang up the call stating that we will let you know.
