The location of the resort is excellent. The property has all the amenities but the maintenance needs y To be improved. Easy access to beach and nice swimming pools. Lot of room for improvement in restaurant.

Place is located on ECR, however it gets little difficult to spot it. The Joe beach resort board is not easily visible. It has 2 swimming pool and lots of greenery. They have strict timing for beach & swimming pool (6am to 6pm). Food is kinda of ok ok. Staff is very helpful and sportive. Most of them are from North and east india. But they can understand/speak English and can grasp bit of Tamil.

Quiet place to spend time. Reasonably good food and accommodation on the seashore.
