Name any area in Chennai, you will find a project under the label KG. Immense experience brings trust and credibility and they have been the pioneers in Chennai for more than three decades. My experience with them was quite good though I ended up choosing a flat from the opposite builder. Might consider them as viable option for my next big investment.

External factor- service road toward society is extremely dusty so pray while driving at night. It is next to mgr college where they burn garbage everyday so get ready for lot of dust and pollution. Internal factor-maintenance sucks, half of the corridor light are not working, floor has turned from ivory to black. No garbage segregation, no RO plant not recyclying plant for water. Club house has gym which is functional only between 6-10/5-9 PM Security is good and even in house grocery store is good for basic needs

Its on the service road so quite a travel for amenities. Has a super store inside to compensate.
