Hi, I moved into Prestige Bella Vista a month ago. I am a tenant, not a owner. The stay inside the apartments has been splendid. Nice maintenance, responsive help desk (in case of issues). One issue I am facing is about the occupancy. Not a lot of people have moved in. Some towers have very less occupants. It will be great if we can have a way we can communicate with people on a regular basis thus developing a sense of togetherness and safety. Hope to see lot more people moving in. Thanks.

Great amenities. Very secure. Has pools, tennis and basketball court, ATMs, clubhouse with indoor badminton and squash courts, billiard, table tennis etc.
