Mohamed YacubI have been dealing with Rajam properties for the past 5 years and I am very happy in the services they provide. They are very efficient in collecting the rent, addressing any issues the tenants have, fixes and repairs. Also they do a good job in finding new tenants. All the people at Rajam properties are great and very professional, particularly Prakash who is always there to answer and help you. I would definitely recommend them for anyone particularly NRIs to manage their properties and without them it would be extremely difficult to manage. I normally do not post any reviews and do only when I am fully satisfied.
