Balaji SrinevasanUseless customer service. The deputy manager promised a 50% waiver of loan pre closure charges and asked me to wait for 3 weeks till I pay another EMI. When i approached after 3 weeks (after paying the EMI) he said waiver not possible. He was not even apologetic and was cool about not honouring his commitment. Being a longtime and privileged customer Have decided to close all my accounts and come out of ICICI. There are so many better banks available.
