The communication is horrible. I ordered hair from adorable hair and once I received the hair and told the seller my dissatisfaction with the hair she stopped communicating with me. I shipped the hair back for a refund and they never did confirm delivery of the returned merchandise, so PayPal has not gave me my money back. No one has reached out to me at all. They are rip offs. i have emailed, whatsapp you name. The only reason I gave one star was so I would be able to post
