Rude behaviour with customers..Staffs are not well trained on the policies. Your trip will end up in lot of surprises when you reach out to them for the deposit amount as you will not be able to retain them..Ensure the checklist/videos of the car are well checked before you start your trip else your trip will be a memorable one with lot of unexpected and unfortunate twist and turns.
