Have been taking their car rental service from chennai to velankanni from last 3 years and drastically services keep falling. Drivers poor attitude, late reporting, no response from customer care, no alternative car being arranged even after committing that alternarive vehicle is enroute to pick in 10 minutes, no actions from management even after writing them email. Will have to look another service from next year as i lost hope in Savaari car service in chennai. They dont value for customers time and money at all.. only business.
