such a worst experience.. never ever go to this center WIHOUT READING THIS REVIEW FULLY. The person is fraud. I had a white screen problem with my dell inspiron laptop. and i give to him. He told its display problem and need to change display ll cost around 5000rs. I said ok...change it. next day he called me and said there is no display problem..need to change something in mother board/graphic card(didnt tell clearly), then i said ok change it. cost around 3500rs. then after 3 DAYS, he said laptop is fine and i went to collect it, i saw my resolution is complety changed it is in 800*600 mode(mine is 1920*somethin) and its not even playing any HDvideos. i asked him what is this. He immediately we hv change OS . my os is genunie one so i refused and asked anythin else possible. he asked me to come tmrw. on that nit at home I saw, my GRAPHIC CARD IS MISSING IN LAPTOP. HE CHANGED MY GRAPHIC CARD ATI RADEON HD 3450(3500RS) TO SOME VGA GRAPHIC CARD(NOT EVEN WORTH 500RS). thats why its not playin hd videos ,even angry birds game not working. next day i just shouted at him and ask him, he said problem is in graphics card thats why he changed it, then he should have change it with another equal potent graphics card or should have informed me, Then he changed it to some intel 1gb graphics card. STILL MY LAPTOP NOT PLAYING GAMES LIKE BEFORE,FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS IN LAPTOP AFTER HE TOUCHED IT. HE LL BE SPEAKING VERY CARINGLY ,DONT JUST FALL INTO IT...BEWARE....."SS COMPUTERS ..WHATS UR REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT??" P.S: PHOTOS SHOWN HERE IS NOT TRUE. THE SHOP IS JUST A ELECTRONIC GARBAGE .U CAN JUST SEE IT IF U ENTER INSIDE.
