Apartment is good with decent amenities. Challenge comes with outside road facility. There is no road on the front side so expect a lot of dust to come into your home and common areas. Once it rains you would have water puddles all over the road. It is very difficult for anyone to move around in two wheeler in this area.

A nice society with parking, club, 24*7 security and power generator back up as well. The sky in the night is lovely to watch from the fancy terrace.

This place sucks. Apartment is on a very bad location. The road is very bad. The apartment from inside is fine but over-rated. And the owner and the assosiation is uncooperative. They dnt wanna show flats for renting evn if they hav flats. Nobdy attends the tenants.

Inside apartment is good but approach roads are poor. During rainy season its nightmarish here cos of the mosquitoes and marshy roads.
