I booked for modular kitchen from modfurn in Dec. 2015. Alas. Their commitment in timely delivery is deceptive. The work commenced in Feb. 2016. The execution was not as per our discussion and normal expectations. For that small rectification they have taken more than three weeks and the work is yet to commenced. Their customer grievances in mechanism is very poor and no transparency. Customers are unable to meet their so called GM, /MD. Still hoping that my issue may be solved at the earliest and this company may come up to the expectations of public and their perceived image. They have assured to to Complete my work on before 30.03.16. I am hoping that they may honour their commitment.
