I went to Toni & Guy for the first time to experience professional haircut. I wanted to get Fringe and hair highlights and requested for a senior hairdresser whose name I can’t recall. However he mentioned he worked with Bounce for over 9 years and was fairly new in T&G. He cut my fringe extremely short and tried in vain to fix it – He tried to blow dry, iron what not. In the meantime I stayed calm thinking this guy is a professional he will fix it. Well as the picture shows he didn’t. I told him the fringe is too short and he said it will grow out. And he told me that he spoke to the Manager so I won’t be charged for this haircut. If I wanted a free hair cut this would be the last place I would be visiting. After ruining my hair he had the audacity to ask about the hair highlight. I told him this is the worst hair cut I had in my entire life and I am not comfortable with continuing with the highlights any longer. And why would I, I had to walk around like I had a bad hair day every other day until my hair grows because of this guy’s stupidity and no highlights would have changed that. When I went to Reception desk they said they were sorry and that I won’t be charged. Like hell I will pay for terrible service; instead they would have to compensate me for the damage. I just walked out of there because it was pointless talking to them. I might have been unlucky to get a bad hair dresser, but in a professional hair salon you expect everyone to be good for the price they charge you. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE.

I have went there thrice, for beard styling! All the time they replied they are not having the stylist. At first I thought the stylist were busy. Later I got to know there is no one available for beard styling. Please improve your standards. If you want good beard styling go for EA branch Tony and guy.

Bad hair color.. have had a color done several times... but this was pathetic... it started itching my scalp.. n when i asked him to remove it.. he refused... The color i chose was different and what he put was different. Seems these guys arent trained n just are arrogant. Terrible place ! Say good bye to ur lovely hair if u go there !

This is my worst experience. They have no professionalism. Got makeup done for engagement ceremony and it was completely ruined.They did not even have matching lip color. I looked really bad, all my pictures are spoiled. They made me look ugly because of their makeup.Please DO NOT get makeup done by them. They completely suck at it.

Comparing to Essensuals, Toni and Guy in Phoenix mall is awesome, Mr.Pandian who did my haircut was great now my hairstyle is perfect.
