    Your experience depends on the consultant. Can be good or worse. Hospital facilities are okay, they can do much better.

    One of the Best Hospital in Chennai. I need to thank Dr.Basumani ( Gastroentrologist ) for his best of Attention and treatment. The staff are good and may need some more improvement in the customer services. The Hospital has to increase facilities such as space management and pleasant waiting area as the areas are too hot.

    Fortis Malar today has come a long way in the quality of care they provide. The resident doctors are much better than what they used to be 10 years ago, and non-operative treatments are quite nominally fared. Registration, appointment scheduling, admissions, boarding and payments are straight forward processes. The rooms are decently equipped and the canteen facility for visitors is adequate. The food quality is sub-par, but an in-house Cafe Coffee Day makes up for it. The parking lot offers valet parking and is priced nominally. If you are in for surgery then the fees will put a dent in your pocket if you are without insurance. The nursing staff is very helpful and compassionate. Come here for quick and great treatment, obliging staff but be prepared for an up-market fee structure.

    All Facilities available inside, but some staffs are not responding properly. Doctors are well mannered. But very crowded hospital. Cost are quite high.

    Good care taken by the doctors especially I want to mention about Dr.p.sivaraj (Internal Medicine & Diabetologist) who is very caring and sincere in his profession. He is an asset for this hospital . During the time of admission my mom was treated politely with great care and another important thing is that i have never seen hospitals providing oats to their patients which is very helpful for elders. The surroundings of the hospital premises is also very clean and tidy. I wish all the very best to continue their service.
