Rooms are good and the staff people were polite. The only thing that I felt bad is food, my experience with the food provided is horrible. If they could improve it can host even more people.

The staff was very professional. The room was neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was basic - could have a little more variety - at least a juice apart from tea/coffee that was offered. Overall I had a pleasant stay (Nov 2016). Would definitely check-in again if in Chennai.

Mid noon check-out is fraud. One day visit (morning till evening room occupancy) would cost you 2 days charges. Though 12 noon is check-out cut off, they force customers to check-out at 11AM itself. Too costly for the services they provide.
