kiruba skeven i dont need to give star for this service but one star need to post for that only i given 1 star , one of the n worst service i never seen like this , they got advance amount first for with out bill and chellan, after next day they said there is no limited connection on your location so sorry , and still 15 days i dint get my advance amount , when ever i cal they said wait we will give like that only ,cheatersssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Guys be careful they circulate pamphlets which does not have any terms or reliable contact numbers, that shows what is their style of business and claims no. 1 in every thing except in service and commitment. I paid money on 22.05.2017 and was assured connection by 23.05.2017 till date no visited nor responded to my calls. To make a complaint also they dont have any contact number. This is the true colors of Hathway.

Being HumanThey dont have feasibility in most of the areas. They have been distributing flyers in most of the area for marketing purpose and get the initial payment. Later inform as there is no feasibility in the area. Worst than anyone in this market. Wish to give even below 1 star.

SATHIYA MOORTHYNever recommened Worst Service ever had in my experience. I was working as system administrator in chennai. I suggested this connection for my business unit to my management. Struggled to get connection initially, guys are not so responsive. Internet got dropped daily.. There is no proper team to handle the issue. No SLA, ETA for their service. No proper service desk and mail Worst customer service and satisfaction. If a problem ocurred want to fight with them to withdraw the service.Takes 72 hours to resolve the issue.
