Worst internet service....i subscribed for 6 months plan...they cut off the signal atleast 5 to 6 times a day..now it is totally cut off in my area...no one in my area are getting internet...everyone tried calling but no response..irresponsible people i ever heard of...i went to the office mentioned in official website,but there is no such office here...dunno wat to do...my money has gone...not only mine ,everyone here...not only dis...poor customer service too..not even worth of giving 1 star...they r trying to fool us....

Very worst net service......i had a subcription for 6 months for RS4000+ for speed of 1mbps unlimited......but the signal always go down and many time it even cut off and not at all come for 1 or 2 days and now without intimation they had cut the signal and they are are telling it is under renovation for about 1 week........very worst coustomer service, they not lift the call and even though you given complaint they never bother about it and worts part is they cut the call without answering it.........for an issue i had given complaint about 6 times but they not even come to check the problem and i decided to vist the office for giving complaint....but there no office for them in their mentioned address it is worthless for even giving one star

very irresponsible people, i had paid a subscription for 1 year for 6 thousand and change after 3 months they disconnected saying over head cables are not allowed in my area and i asked for refund they still didnt give the refund after 4 months .
