This is my personal experience with spitfire kickboxing academy I joined class in 2012 and from then I have seen a lot of changes in my physique and strength. winning medals and awards in this academy helped me save a lot of money through various scholarships. The class also provides high quality trainers whose workouts are more effective than any workout at a gym .the class also provides special training sessions that take place at the beach and a very effective ROAD workout that helped me loose a lot of calories the academy changed my life and I recommend everyone to experience its training
