Only if Google had the feature of providing negative or no stars can I express my true feeling. Horrible is an understatement when it comes to describing the service provided by at this store. No respect for customers. None at all. Uses abusive language to women, irrespective of their age and whether their children accompany them. This is the kind of example the owner sets to his employees in this store, in terms of service . I wont be surprised if this is how he treats the women in his house too. Such franchisees will ensure that they tarnish the BRAND NAME and bring them to lowest levels. Today, I have decided that I will NEVER visit this store and will ensure that my family NEVER purchases another Prestige product. One day or the other, I am sure the owner, Balaji, will be dragged to the road and trashed.

Very poor customer service. We bought a gas stove on a Saturday evening, it was with defect - we called on a day later, they were not replying back properly and they were not ready to replace the fault stove with another good stove. Horrible service.
