Initial days it was good. But now after visiting here morning often they are not respecting and charges are also not proper. Just for a 1hr work they charged 1500Rs. (Oil and filter change without water wash, one new nut and bolt replacement in Suspension). Too bad.

This was my closest TATA service centre. The first few visits were smooth. But the last few of them have been a nightmare. You will never get a call back from them unless you call them a thousand times. I have an AMC with them and they refused to tow my car the one time I had an accident. The customer service is pathetic to say the least. One word AVOID.
