AJESH KUMARVery quick to respond to Citizen call. I had an experience today with a rude cab driver of Taxi For Sure who was no way listening to even his own employer. I approached police and the near by unit was Kotturpuram police station. The Sub Inspector reached the spot with in 2 minutes of complaint. He was patient to listen to my complaint and was not rude to the driver. But, he resolved the issue smartly. A very professional officer. Thanks to him, the lady at Dial 100 police support and the Kotturpuram police station.
