Travelled from Chennai to Cochin last Friday. The office at koyembedu is at prime location to reach and facilities are good except refreshment facilities. The bus ready to start on time , but waited for a single passenger for half an hour. The bus was clean and staff behaviour was also good. The refreshment facilities arranged in mid of journey was poor. Reached Cochin 1 hr late in the morning.

Good buses, affable staff. Punctuality of day time buses are suspect. They say Chennai to Trichy in 4:45 hrs, but took 5:30 hrs and a 15 minute delay in start time, I. E. In total an extra hour. On the positive side, if you can afford that extra hour, sitting in a superb bus driven by careful drivers is okay.

Good service, staffs are good.. mostly I have used Hebron transport because it comes on time, no cancellation of bus by the vendor..very few drivers were rude but over all it is good

Hopeless. Bus delayed by 3 hrs and 15 mins. The worst service. If you like suffering then go for it. Screw you Hebron Transports.

Bus to Bangalore is well maintained. Driver was driving at a nominal speed. Water bottles were offered. Pitstop for refreshment was well planned and location and restaurant chosen was good enough to dine inn.
