    Have bought a kwid and right from the day I booked I had nightmares. Firstly was the delay of car delivered by almost 2 months from the day they proposed. After that serious of issues, starting from AC compressor not working properly, next gear box had an issue and so on.. I spoke with customer service of khivarj and they didn’t response properly at all. Every time I called they had some irrelevant answers which was maddening and discussing to hear. For all those people out there please look for a different dealer. Honestly I would rate 0 starts for them..

    Poor customer service. When you go to them for an exchange price, they push you and try to convince you that the car you get to them for exchange is poor by quoting 40% of the actual reselling Price and still shamelessly call you back for checking if you are still willing to purchase. when you go to the showroom for inquiry and Sale or test drive you have to wait forever...

    Worst experience booking and getting the new Dzire car delivered and pathetic support for RTO registration. This is my 4th Maruthi vehicle purchase experience( family members n friends) - and I had purchased from two other dealers earlier. Khivraj experience was pure punishment. Never again another purchase from them, neither will recommend to anyone. Hopefully they should improve their customer interaction process for better.

    We had a very bad experience. Bought a renault kwid brand new vehicle which is having lots problem. We were promised with a fitting of center locking accessory to the car which is still not done and we are fighting it out with them. No clear invoice breakup. After the payment all your requests fall on deaf ears.please dont buy from them ever.

    Thanks for converting my experience from bad to good. Credit goes to Thukkaram for his follow ups after I raised a complaint and to the customer support team. It is important to listen to your customer and act quick. Great job! I hope I get my car soon :)
