Girish ChandranUnprofessional and unethical. Suzuki should strip them of the dealership. The owners have a very bad attitude and the service team is complacent. Bad service and they charge you for things that are unwanted and replaced sparts are never shown to customer or returned. If you care about your vehicle dont ever take it to this place.

swamy kotipallyYesterday i got my bike suzuki access 125 got delivered and this is very fine with Pramaan Suzuki, mainly lady owner very helpful, got bike on as promised, only problem is service guy told, they filled with one litter, but my bike got stopped after 5kms of ride, even lady owner asked worker whether one litter filled or not. but its not Pramaan Suzuki issue, worker cheated us. due to heavy rain, we suffered very bad without fuel, walked with bike morethan one kilometer for fuel. some mistakes will happen but conclusion is Pramaan Suzuki very good people sales team, mainly owner. enjoyed bike driving in heavy rain :) .

SRIVATSAN SRIOne of the worst service centres ever.i gave my bike for 1st service and now the right side of bike is full of scratches.they have definitely dropped it and now they are denying.

Manoj SVery lathagic service. My bike has been fell down by them.When asked the question they response very poor. dont give bike service to their. I gave my bike with good condition, My bike has been fell down by them and handle bar and silencer, Bumper has been demaged. When asked them they denied. Finally they changed name board and painted on Bumper and back side handle. However handle bar and silencer scratch not removed/replaced. Thay took 4 days for change name board due to no stock. They are cheating the customers. Response totally worst. Guys are very rude and irresponsible. They treated me as seeking help from them. They were not realised their mistake. Not even worth for water service.
