Hans Ford – Inaugurated quite some months before in a huge area next to Iyyanpanthangal Bus depot. SA Behaviour – Very poor as if they talk like Henry Ford. Customer Priority – Given only to Endeavour & Top end Ecosports. (High value cars) Service Level – Poor. Even trusted Non-OEM showrooms do better job. Escalation – Not worth at all as they are the main root cause for your hefty bills. Work Quality – There is no quality work executed. All that Glitters are not Gold. Similarly, - Nice reception - False Smile - Ample space - Air-conditioned environment - Frequent phone follow-up Does not mean that they good in service. Ultimately, result matters. Not good to recommend or service.

Very good facility on the main road. Service personnel are pretty responsive and diligent in their work. Car service has been satisfactory so far for me.
