Avinash ChavhanI have done my bike NOC to be moved to other state without any broker here. First, I got commissioner police clearance certificate from Egmore office. Police clearance require Xerox of RC, Insurance, Driving licence, Address proof HR letter. They will give you next day after 3 pm. After that I did bike Pollution check PUC certificate from adyar. With Police clearance, PUC original along with 3 form 28, insurance, RC and address proof, I had submitted in RTO Tambaram which took me 2 hours because of agents. They charged me ₹450 for NOC fees and I got it after 10 days. Please be aware of Mr. Arulmugam who will try to extort some money in the name of some documents missing or related stuffs. Be bold and show him on official website of RTO the procedure for NOC. Overall it was very smooth process as compared to other city. Do not go by agents as they will ask ₹3000-₹4000 but still you have to be physically present for all these process.

Ramamurthy PerumalVery shabby place other RTO offices in Chennai. There is no public rest rooms. Lot of people visit this many transport related work, like driving licence, vehicle registration and other related reqirements. All the reqiured forms are available in the small zerox shop.
