No Proper Information even on Bus cancellation..Rameshwaram to chennai bus got cancelled but they have not even given any information regarding it..driver said to wait and he said bus is not in sir like that..is this the way you responded to customer.. DEFINITELY BIG NO NO TO SRM VERY WORST TRANSPORT

No proper announcements or signboards indicating bus departures and arrivals. Buses were neat though. Drivers do not have any idea about in and around the destination.

That was hell of a experience absolutely no respite for that .This the worst bus terminus without a proper drainage system during rainy days conversely the response from the bus depot is not up to the mark
