Arun KSVery poor customer service. The reception area in delivery is full of flies. Only couple of people at the billing desk is doing ok. While delivering the two wheeler they are not checking fuel level which i asked but no one bothered. Very poor responding staffs. its always crowded. Be it service booking or delivery be prepared to spend at least an hour or two. If you are going for checking a new bike probably you can expect a prompt response in the sales section. I posted few pics check them out.

Divya RamanaThe staff, service and the delivery is very poorly organised. No one cares once you pay the money. The delivery area is filled with flies. I went to get my vehicle when they said it was ready and still had to wait for 2 hrs to get it. Then they said the side stand was out of stock. I was already irritated at this point and gave them an earful.. Magically they had it then and fitted it in 5 mins. Not recommended if you wish to have a pleasant experience.

Puvi ArasanWorst customer service i have ever seen 1. After paying the initial amount with all the document Xerox they called after 10 days and said that they have lost the documents and give another set of documents. 2. Due to the above mentioned issue i waited for a month after booking for the delivery of vehicle during delivery i waited there for about 2 hours just to fix two number plates. while enquired abt the delay of vehicle one women there shouting as that she is not responsible i am not the one who called u to come and pickup the Is this how u traet ur customers is this how you respond seriously completely disappointed ans dissatisfied with the customer service
