Kader NiyazHi this is kader, I am looking for 2 wheeler of different manufacturers. Now I choose Yamaha latest BS4 vehicles. I get confused about BS3 and BS4 Sun motors sales person Mr.Mouli give the clear explanation about the both vehicles and differences. I get clear idea on that after his explanation. Showroom gives good atmosphere and I look lot of models there. New model Fz25 I like it most but it is not come under my budget. I look for some better mileage vehicle in Yamaha. One more thing good customer support and good approach. Thanks to the team sun motors. Definitely I took vehicle in your showroom.

Dinesh RavichandranWorst Customer Service I work for Royal Enfield and i know how to handel a customer, But here my vehicle was delayed for delivery for 1 month, then when given Speedometer Cable and some Clamps missing,then when given delivery Speedometer Cable and some Clamps missing.After deliver they gave me some other vehicle documents as Bill and Invoice and Insurance, Good i checked if and returned it, then had to visit 3 time to collect the Bills and Insurance even traffic police caught me , I had to Visit them so many times to get work done, They had to pay me back for Discount amount as i didnt go for accessories, for giving back my own money they are still making me run Sply Ambica her finance Team Head she is only Telling have to check with documents i tell her i will provided she tellls will call back never call back.Even the Lady MD there has made promise to check the issue and call back but never calls back.

PULIM BALAJII regret choosing this showroom to buy yamaha fascino. More than 2weeks back, gave the demand draft for the full amount. Still waiting for delivery. Very poor attitude and after sales care. Payment made. Yet to be registered with RTO. I am a doctor.
