sumit sauravExtremely bad customer support. I tried reaching multiple times for the inquiry but every time customer care did not respond and say you will receive a call back which never happened. I even complained to customer care but no response from last 3 days. If this is the situation before buying what would happen after buying. Serious concern.

Syam VenkallilThe Sales person promised me a complete user manual on how to fit the cycle with the package and it was completely missing from the box. The Service department is very much helping in fixing the cycle. And the person who came to fix the cycle was very much helping .

Suraj ShettyI could not find any good solutions for electric bike /conversion kit. Hullikal here is doing a great job in this space by providing this option. My review: 1. Bit on the expensive side, but its worth every rupee if it lasts for a couple of years (its been only 2 months now) 2. I went for a medley, which does not have a great frame (they have cut costs there), but works well enough. You need to tighten the screws after you use it for about 100kms, After that the frame has held up well. 3. Back mud-guard has very little distance from the tyre, but then I no more have the back mudguard as it broke when i went over a pothole. Will have to check a solution before the rains set in. Not a big problem. 4. The motor is smooth and the battery design (fits in the carrier) makes it imperceptible to any bystander. Helps to give an impression that its a regular cycle. 5. Power indicators and accelerator design is good and simple. Overall the design is very sleek , simple and effective. Over the longer run I will switch the kit to a lighter frame bicycle. Advantages of e-bicycle i have observed in past 2 months: 1. Reduced commute time to 25-30mins consistently, which is 15% less then motorbike in my 8km commute in bangalore and 30-50% less time than my car commute time in peak traffic hours. 2. I can choose to pedal on the way back home, Save on exercise time. Good for health. 3. Can avoid creating pollution (go green) 4. Avoid getting stuck in pollution. If you are stuck in between vehicles emitting smoke, just pick your ebicycle up and walk out of there. (cant do that with a motor bike). 5. Cops never catch me for riding against traffic on one-ways which gives me many route options. 6. Saves on a lot of riding/driving stress! Advise: Go for disk brakes. Gears are never required when you have battery charge. Thanks Hullikal, hope I get the longevity on this product. Happy riding!

Murali GI am using this Hullikal avatar ebicycle from February 2016 after my Gall Bladder removal surgery & it is very convenient for me for daily use for short distance. Lithium Ion battery is used in this ebicycle. Full charge time is one and half hours only. If we peddles at the time of initial movement ie idle speed to moving, it will raise the running distance. Front disk brake is most efficient for sudden stop. Thank U Hullikal.
