We had taken policies with Birla 5 years back. Marketing was excellent. And collection of payment was done with due sincerity. Returns were very poor. Compared to market competitors. So we decided to surrender our policy. And have submitted our papers 45 days back. The company has not paid. And does not have the onus of replying to a customer. They do not answer our phone calls. And have not paid due amount. If we visit their office they keep dodging. This is the worst company to put in your hard earned money.
