I like the services provided by this bank, but the process is taking so much time. and also heavy crowd all the time. they can help their customers by opening another branch in gingee locality. lets wait for the revolution. In my personal opinion, Tamilnad Mercantile Bank ltd. is a very good bank, as the number of customers are lower than State Bank, you can access the bank very freely. No need of waiting in Ques. But it misses some services like Cash Deposit Machine facilities, if TMB can give that service, i will surely suggest TMB to all my friends and relatives.
