Poor customer service. Sales persons saying some magical words while buying also they are not aware of the product full features & specs. Once the product sold i.e after invoice they are not even to hear anything from customer end and speaking lethargically. These kind of behavior of sales persons should be avoided if not Vasanth & Co may loose its good name which is exist over 38 years.
