Room service is gud. But poor travel arrangements. We are very upset and unhappy with the driver who dropped us today to Coimbatore i.e. on 27/5/2017 ( we were in room nos. 201 & 203. We started at 10.30 am from Hotel Greenery inn. and reached Coimbatore at 3.00 pm only. He deliberately delayed us. Pls look into it. Other things are quite satisfactory. Thank you.

Anand remained a very humble and helpfull staff. Highly under staffed hotel. No water when required. No toileteries. No towels. Delux rooms are very poorly maintained(water dripping in bathrooms). However the other rooms are still in good conditions but due to lack of regular maintenance/cleanship..soon will become like delux rooms.. Dirty carpets....under lit galleries(electricity saving).....no panteries but anand and one old man(i dont know his name)was quick totake oders and provide tea/ meals in room from nearby restaurents.over all a hotel which have all the facilities to become the best but due to high competition in area, unable to generate sufficient income and thus unable to keep its standards which it deserve...so sorry...but would like to check in other hotels if visited ooty again.
