Very differential treatment. We ordered at 12.45 pm and did not get the order until 1.27 pm as I am typing this feedback. A group of official dressed guests came in around 1 pm and their order has already come to the table 10 minutes back. This is very very disappointing for a hotel where guests treated based on their titles or dress code.

The food here is very good. Not necessarily very authentic but great to taste. Desserts are the best, specially their white chocolate brownie, it is heavenly. The ambiance is simple but nice. A good place to go for a special dinner if you are in ooty.

Tasty food. Its a starred hotel, so expect the bill to be high, yet reasonable with the quality of food they serve. Their spicy noodles and crispy butter naan is worth trying.
