Bhavie PSThe hotel choices were excellent and were located at convenient locations that reduced travel time. The service was superb, we had a committed friendly, guide who understood our schedule and needs, he made sure we maximized our short stay here without compromising our comfort. He knew the routes really well and is a pretty good driver too. His choice of restaurants were awesome.. We enjoyed the local food immensely. Highly recommend Grasshill Tours & Travels

We never expected a guide to be so social, energetic. With his company, we almost covered all the places we wanted to see. Athirapalli falls, the most awaited spot was heavenly. Valpaarai, the place of hills, greenery seemed to be the best place ever visited. Mr.Raj, we would take this moment to certainly thank you for your great guidance and accompany. Thanks a ton buddy :-) You were really cool. :-B It was more like one in our gang, who knows Valpaarai, had accompanied us. You gave us that comfort which has become really the best part of our tour. The stay at cottage, the facilities we had over there, my God it has turned out to be the trip for life. And the food arrangements and hotels were so awesome!!! The operator had good arrangement for stay and vehicle. But was disappointed on the shop refereed to, to get authentic tea and coffe products.

Karin EndyMy family had a very disappointing experience with Grass Hills Tours & Travels. The trip itinerary was executed as requested but several major issues make us unable to recommend their services. First, emails with Raj Kumar he said he would be with us throughout the trip and would be driving us. We had specifically inquired to ensure that someone would be with us that spoke English. After picking us up and driving us to our farm stay, we were left with a non-English speaking driver on a remote farm. The driver seemed friendly and eager to please but we were unable to communicate even the most basic things to him. The farm stay was supposed to have a cook, assured to be top level since food and agriculture was one of our main purposes for traveling. There was no cook and the driver left for hours to go get take out food from town. We would have preferred to go into town to eat so at least we could experience the local city but there was no way to communicate with the driver. No beverages were provided during our two night stay on the farm and fortunately we were carrying a water purifier or we would have been without anything to drink in the hot summer. Our day in Pollachi was incomplete - we arrived too late at the wholesale produce market despite the fact that we were up and ready to go, the visit to the coir factory seemed not to have been arranged in advance. No afternoon activities were planned and we could not ask if there were other things that might be of interest to us. On all of our visits in Pollachi there were no English speakers and we could not ask questions but only look around. Overall, if you want someone to make reservations for you and a driver and car, Grass Hills is very capable of doing that. If you are looking for a guide I suggest you look further.
