First it was great with plenty of employees but now it is just horrible without servicing staffs...we must wait many days for getting our work done.....

Very pathetic sales team and inexperienced. They are not clear about the technical specifications of the cars. After booking my i20 Active with the agreed price and after settling the amount, now they are asking for 15K additionaly saying that, they miscalculated the price. We are spending in lakhs, but they behave without any professional ethics and without worrying about the reputation of their services. Just posting this to be aware of this cheating tactics and getting extra money from customers.

Nice showroom for taking new cars quickly

Today I got delivered for Hyundai Verna in this showroom, Need to describe few things about this showroom team, since last week I am in need to get Verna s automatic within Pongal I enquired HOSUR, vellore and golden Hyundai in Salem but none of them are confident in giving vehicle on or before Pongal. Later I got contact about LRN Salem even though it is smaller than Golden Hyundai in Salem. I described about my requirement immediately he replied "yes we can deliver within your timeline" but I am not confident that they can deliver within a week. I asked same person "how can I trust you" and immediately he replied "I am the MD of LRN and if I commit then nothing can stop" . So I paid advance and immediately they took order and made special request to bring from chennai and delivered on next day. Most important the managing director shiva is amazing on solution oriented, customer supportive and true commitment. Grt sir. Also a sales manager and his name Rajshekar good hard worker, nice plan executor and customer supportive. When I was struggling on bank finance perspective due to some legal delay, shiva supported on many variations of completing the finance. Few crons, I can say some communication mismatch happened when lower level people communicate with my financier bank, since I was dealing bank in Bangalore. So language mismatch happened and even I can understand and tolerate. So I strongly recommend to buy any vehicle in this showroom. Even though other dealer in Salem said will take 1 month but this guys given on 1 week. Amazing team work!!!!
