I bought Marvella Ro +UV 3 months before. It was working fine, then before a month, there was a alert to change a filter (which they gave free with the product) I had to wait more than a week to get it changed by "Kanisga Agencies" . One week without water. After 4 days it again stopped working and I had to wait for 4 days for them to attend. Then again it stopped working and a alert to change gkk-1 filter came, the device was hardly used effectively for two month and now they are asking Rs. 3750/- to change the filter. They changed it yesterday and after the went, the device stopped working again. All lights were ON, but no response when the tap is opened. We called them again and till now, they are avoiding our call and not responding back. Lesson learnt from the device and Kanisga agencies : "I would NEVER BUY A PUREIT AGAIN!"
